Each workstation consists of: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<li data-section-id=\"id4rlp\" data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2115\">\n<p data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2115\">a roller conveyor allowing smooth circulation of bins and products,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kx5pde\" data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2163\">\n<p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2163\">four ergonomic worktables,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uj8ask\" data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2211\">\n<p data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2211\">functional storage shelves,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lxybsi\" data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<p data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2280\">integrated storage spaces to facilitate workstation organisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2485\">Thanks to their multiple adjustment options, these workstations allow each operator to adapt the height and layout of their workspace according to their morphology and daily tasks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2527\">This ergonomic approach helps to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2722\">\n<li data-section-id=\"oxmuy5\" data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2595\">\n<p data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2595\">reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nnyfku\" data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2630\">\n<p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2630\">improve working comfort,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18rk1qz\" data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2671\">\n<p data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2671\">optimise team productivity,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ekdhk9\" data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2722\">\n<p data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2722\">promote better work organisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2898\">In the hospital environment, where precision and speed are essential, workstation ergonomics plays a key role in the overall performance of the department.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"kc5e2a\" data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2977\">Industrial protective guards to secure the dispensing robot<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2979\" data-end=\"3192\">In addition to the ergonomic layout of the workstations, PRODEX also designed and installed a set of industrial safety guards around the global dispensing robot used by the pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3194\" data-end=\"3330\">These protective systems help secure automated areas while ensuring controlled access for operators.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3332\" data-end=\"3380\">The installed solutions include in particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3604\">\n<li data-section-id=\"qy2hui\" data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3431\">\n<p data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3431\">industrial safety mesh guards,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ilblwz\" data-start=\"3432\" data-end=\"3475\">\n<p data-start=\"3434\" data-end=\"3475\">secured sliding doors,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"i4ixj5\" data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3519\">\n<p data-start=\"3478\" data-end=\"3519\">robust metal barriers,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"f028bs\" data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3604\">\n<p data-start=\"3522\" data-end=\"3604\">wooden beam guards designed to absorb potential impacts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3606\" data-end=\"3760\">These devices ensure optimal safety of the installations while allowing simple and rapid maintenance of the automated equipment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3762\" data-end=\"4004\">The implementation of these protective systems also helps meet the strict requirements related to machine safety and occupational risk prevention, which are particularly important in hospital environments.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1njlqdz\" data-start=\"4011\" data-end=\"4092\">A successful collaboration between the PRODEX engineering department and the CHU ergonomist<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4094\" data-end=\"4236\">The success of this project is based on effective collaboration between the PRODEX engineering department and the ergonomist of Rennes University Hospital.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4238\" data-end=\"4352\">From the early stages of the project, an in-depth needs analysis was carried out in order to take into account:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"4544\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1n4z7su\" data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"4403\">\n<p data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4403\">the constraints of the hospital environment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"razzah\" data-start=\"4404\" data-end=\"4442\">\n<p data-start=\"4406\" data-end=\"4442\">the pharmacy\u2019s workflows,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ihdrem\" data-start=\"4443\" data-end=\"4484\">\n<p data-start=\"4445\" data-end=\"4484\">the specific needs of the operators,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dq88rn\" data-start=\"4485\" data-end=\"4544\">\n<p data-start=\"4487\" data-end=\"4544\">the safety requirements related to the use of the robot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4546\" data-end=\"4712\">Thanks to this collaborative approach, the PRODEX teams were able to design fully customised solutions that perfectly meet the client\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4714\" data-end=\"4988\">Our engineering department therefore applied its full expertise in the design of ergonomic and secure industrial layouts, paying close attention to every detail: workstation dimensions, product flow, equipment accessibility and the integration of safety guards.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1gc2uxe\" data-start=\"4995\" data-end=\"5052\">PRODEX, expert in
