Safety, quality of life at work and environmental responsibility are commitments that we live by every day.

At PRODEX, part of the MAVENTIS Group, we work for a humane, responsible and sustainable industry. Our CSR approach is part of a process of continuous improvement, in line with the expectations of our customers and regulatory requirements.

Inspired by ISO 26000 standards, we integrate environmental and social issues into every stage of our projects. We favour modular, scalable solutions that encourage the reuse of equipment and reduce the carbon footprint of our facilities.

What we do:

  • Eco-design: selecting recyclable materials and optimizing manufacturing processes to minimize waste.

  • Local production: our equipment is designed and assembled in France, encouraging short circuits and supporting the local economy.

  • Reduced energy footprint: integration of low-consumption components and automated systems for optimized energy management.

A day-to-day approach to CSR

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach is based on three pillars:

Respect for the environment :

  • Selection of sustainable raw materials (recyclable steel, long-lasting finishes)

  • Optimization of cut-outs and electrical components to limit waste and scrap

  • Reducing single-use packaging

  • Recycling of raw materials and selective sorting at our sites

  • Short-distance sourcing as soon as possible

Safety on our work-sites and on your site

  • Ongoing training of our teams in good installation and operation practices

  • Strict compliance with installation safety standards (EN 15635, Eurocodes, etc.)

  • Checks and inspections of installed equipment

  • Raising customer awareness of the importance of using equipment correctly

Human commitment

  • Listening to our customers’ real needs

  • Design of more ergonomic workstations (adapted height, easier handling, etc.)

  • Working with partners and suppliers who share our values

  • Foster an inclusive, respectful and stable working environment for our teams and partners

 

Safety at the heart of our equipment

Our role does not end with the delivery of a conveyor or a dynamic racking system. The safety of operators and the reliability of equipment are central to our concerns. PRODEX designs dynamic storage and flow-through solutions that guarantee safe working environments in compliance with current standards.

We support our customers in :

  • Risk assessment (loads, handling, stability)

  • Choosing the right equipment for the right purpose

  • Training in the use of the equipment installed (handling, adjustments, maintenance)

  • Bringing existing equipment into line with current standards

Each project receives special attention: location, traffic flow, secure access, load capacity, logistics flows.
